Group 2 Motorsports specializes in providing improved braking systems for fast road, race, and rally applications. We have access to OEM equipment for European cars, brake up-grade kits for all cars, and have developed proprietary kits for Alfa Romeo and Ariel Atom. We inventory Ferodo Racing brake pads, Castrol, ATE Blue, and Motul brake fluids. Following are some of the products and examples of some of our more popular applications:
GIRO DISC High Performance Braking Components/Solutions

Group 2-GiroDisc Brake System for Alfa Romeo
Group 2 Motorsports and GiroDisc have developed a lightweight, two-piece rotor, 4-wheel brake set for the Alfa Romeo 105/115 and V-6 transaxle cars. Track day and race proven, these brakes have two piece aluminum hatted vented rotors front and rear.
Both kits utilize the same front rotor and caliper. New rear two-piece rotor maintains the existing parking brake and a modified rear caliper. Kit was designed to fit 15"wheels, though fitment on 14" wheels is often possible with a 5mm spacer at the front wheels. Options include larger front systems for cars with 17" wheels, outboard rear systems, and dual, non-boosted, master cylinders with balance bar.
Group 2 Brake System Prices
Group 2 Motorsports and Girodisc have developed a lightweight two-piece rotor, 4-wheel brake set for the Ariel Atoms. Similar to our Alfa kits, the front rotors are thicker with upgraded calipers, supplying superior cooling and braking force. Rear brakes maintain the existing calipers. Brake hoses and pads are included in the kit.
Brembo Brakes
Group 2 Motorsports uses Brembo, consistently a quality product, for a majority of our day-to-day street car projects: OEM rotors, upgraded sport rotors, and big brake kits are available.
We also have access to and can supply at competitive prices OEM replacement pads and rotors for most imported cars.
Ferodo Racing Brake Pads
Superior braking power is, without doubt, the key to high-speed driving and winning performance. Ferodo braking products are chosen by champions in WRC (World Rally Championship) series, endurance racing, rallying, saloon touring cars and other circuit racing, such as Formula BMW. The Ferodo name is synonymous with success and has been in the forefront of motorsports for more than 80 years. No other component manufacturer can claim such a comprehensive record of achievement in the racing world. We inventory the DS2500 and DS3000 compounds for most cars.
Hawk Performance Brake Pads
Hawk Performance is recognized as a leader in the performance street market, providing improved braking over OEM and leading aftermarket competitors' brake pads. Group 2 Motorsports inventories the LTS light truck and SUV compound, but all of the Hawk compounds are available - for street or race.

During this period many of the world’s premier races and championships have been won using AP Racing braking systems. We can offer through our supply source an AP Racing caliper suitable for every category of Motorsport supplemented with a wide range of brake calipers to suit performance road car applications for both OE and "bolt-on" brake conversion kits. BRAKE FLUIDS
Castrol GT LMA
perfect for most street/performance cars Engineered to provide outstanding performance in today’s high temperature braking systems. Exceeds DOT 4 requirerments, but recommended for all anti-lock braking systems (ABS), hydraulic drum and disc braking systems and hydraulic clutches requiring DOT 3 or DOT 4 fluids.
ATE Super Blue Racing
High-performance Brake Fluid DOT 4 – for coping with the extreme demands posed by motor racing. Can be mixed with brake fluids meeting the same specifications and with DOT 5.1 brake fluids.
Motul RBF 600
Racing DOT 4 Brake Fluid A favorite with racers. Higher dry and wet boiling points than ATE Blue, but requiring more frequent changes. Suitable for street use in systems requiring DOT 3 of DOT 4 fluids.
